We’re built on a love for cinema. That may sound trite, but we promise… it isn’t. It’s serious. A head-over-heels, once-in-a-lifetime, true love story. And when you really love, you live in service.

And so... we love going to work. Every day. Even the hard days, we’re excited.
For every project, for every frame, we strive to do our absolute best. And we constantly redefine our limits––always pushing ourselves, always learning more.
We believe that all of this translates. It translates into the frames we capture, and it translates into the environment that we create on set. We enjoy our work, and people enjoy working with us.
NICK & JOSH
In the earliest days, Nick worked above the line as a producer’s assistant––making call
sheets, driving box trucks with a beginner’s license, and sleeping on floors. Josh first picked up a camera in his adolescent years. He cut his teeth filming skateboarding, and learning to edit on an illicit copy of Adobe Premiere.
As young adults, well-intentioned and naively intrepid, they both quit their jobs to operate
one-man-show production companies. What better way to learn than to do everything?
Reality eventually dictated the need to show up with a crew. So, they started hiring each
other––back and forth, on their respective productions. This worked well. They liked this.
HERE WE ARE
Nick & Josh filled their off time taking positions on larger sets––feature film productions. Once again, their well-rounded experience landed them in many departments: Sound, Art, G&E, and most-naturally Camera.
Their skills, their kit, and their friendship continued to compound. Nick started getting jobs as a proper Director of Photography. Josh became his indispensable gaffer. They reached a tipping point on set––the only logical solution...
We’re starting our own production house.
